It is important that the email used at initial registration is a valid one, as this will be the one your new password will be sent to if ever you loose your current one and request a new one.

If you request a new password, make sure you check the junk or spam box (if you have one) in your email program, as sometimes it may be placed there depending on the settings of the individual program.
